Oil change was done in a timely manner...in and out in 30 minutes. Previously, I have waited at a dealership for an hour and a half. Ask about their free oil change after They also have a free oil change plan....every fifth oil change is free. Yeah! Not every auto center would pay any attention to a "little old lady"----but Barrett Auto Center always makes me feel "at home"! The guys are always so friendly, and always so willing to answer all my questions (no matter how dumb my questions might be!) I now have 82,000 miles on my vehicle, and they have pampered me through every oil check-up, plus an assortment of unplanned issues, such as a headlight, just yesterday!! I truly appreciate them!! I like the fact that the mechanical experts at Barrett Auto Center attended to what I asked them to check on our vehicle, and they got those repairs done in an efficient manner. I was very pleased with how thorough the service team was in checking over my vehicle and providing written proposals about parts and labor for needed repairs. They were not pushy when I decided to wait with several of the repairs. And I appreciated being able to use a loaner car for local driving in Glenwood while our vehicle was in the shop.
